How quickly will my order be ready for collection?

Most online orders are carefully packed and ready for collection within 24–48 hours of purchase, depending on stock availability and order volume. We will send you a confirmation notification as soon as your items are ready to pick up.

What are your collection opening hours?

You can collect your order during our standard shop opening hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
  • Saturday: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
  • Sunday: By appointment only

If you require an alternative collection time, please contact us beforehand and we will gladly arrange a suitable slot.

Where do I go when I arrive at the boutique?

When you arrive at 148 Oxford Grove, BL1 3BH, please proceed to our collection desk or speak directly to a member of our team at the main counter. Share your order number and photo identification, and we will promptly retrieve your parcel.

What do I need to bring to collect my order?

Please present your order confirmation email (either printed or displayed on your mobile phone) along with a valid photo ID such as a passport or driving licence. If someone is picking up on your behalf, they must show the order confirmation and their own photo ID.

Can I try on my outfits and swap sizes in the shop?

Yes. You are very welcome to try on your clothing in-store upon collection. If you need a different size, exchanges can be made immediately, subject to stock availability, ensuring you leave with the perfect fit.

How long will you hold my order for collection?

We hold orders for 14 days following your collection notification. We send a friendly reminder if an order is uncollected after 7 days. If you require extra time, simply get in touch before the 14 days expire so we can hold your parcel.
